Store Spaces: manage every store from one account

You can now create and manage multiple store spaces within a single Shoptimity account, each operating independently with its own configuration and billing.

• Multiple stores, one dashboard — connect and switch between all your stores in seconds.
• An active store, everywhere — pick the store you're working on and Shoptimity keeps that context across the app, so themes, licenses, and billing always line up.
• Independent by design — each space has its own setup and billing cycle, so one brand's changes never affect another.

Flexible licensing

Licenses now do the work of connecting a plan to a specific store.

• Activate a space with a license — assign your store's myshopify.com domain to a license to bring that space online.
• One clean license per store — no duplicate or conflicting licenses; your most recent plan is always the source of truth.
• Add or remove as you grow — scale licenses up or down as your business changes, and see each license's status, plan, trial, invoice, and promo details in one view.
• Own themes you download — themes you've downloaded stay tied to your store, so ownership is always clear.

Complete self-serve billing

We rebuilt subscription management so you're in full control.

• Payment methods — add and manage cards, set a default, and remove old ones, with duplicate-card detection to prevent mistakes.
• Upgrade & downgrade with preview — move between monthly and yearly and see the exact proration and next charge before you confirm.
• Coupons & projections — validate promo codes and preview your upcoming bill in real time.
• Cancel or reactivate — pause or resume your plan whenever you need, with a straightforward flow (and an exclusive retention offer if you're on the fence).
• Full history — invoices, receipts, and a paginated payments log so nothing is ever a mystery.
