Is the setup really free?
Yes. The setup service is included with any yearly Shoptimity subscription — you pay for the plan, the build costs nothing extra. There is no separate setup invoice, before or after.
What access do you need to my store?
Standard Shopify collaborator access, requested through your Shopify admin. You approve it, you can scope it, and you can revoke it the moment we're done. We never ask for your password.
I already have a store — does this still apply?
Absolutely. Most setups are exactly that: an existing store moved onto a Shoptimity theme. Your products, orders, customers and URLs stay where they are — we change what shoppers see, not your data.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, brand colors if you have them, and your products already in Shopify. From there the 5 days are on us — we'll only ping you for approvals.
What happens when the 5 days are up?
You get a walkthrough of everything we built and a launch checklist. From then on the visual editor is yours — every change we made is something you can adjust yourself, with one-click backups if you ever want to undo.
